Ishan Kishan convinces Pat Cummins for successful review to remove Jos Buttler for 7 in GT vs SRH IPL 2026 match [Watch]

SunRisers Hyderabad (SRH) wicketkeeper Ishan Kishan convinced his captain Pat Cummins to request a review that was successful in dismissing his Gujarat Titans (GT) counterpart Jos Buttler in the IPL 2026 match in Ahmedabad on Tuesday, May 12. Buttler was out caught behind by Kishan, perishing for just seven runs off 11 deliveries as the hosts lost their second wicket for 26.

The dismissal came in the final over of the powerplay. Praful Hinge bowled a fuller-length ball down the leg side, and Buttler shaped for a scoop shot but only managed a faint edge as it carried to the wicketkeeper.

Kishan was convinced, while the bowler looked 50–50, before the duo convinced Cummins to challenge the decision the on-field decision. The replays showed the ball kissed the willow before carrying to the wicketkeeper.
